Desktop Alert Setting

How can I maintain a constant email desktop alert box in
Outlook 2003 on Windows XP. The only choice is 0-30
seconds in advanced email options.
 
You could create a rule in the Rules Wizard that displays an alert when
messages are received. Those won't go away until you acknowledge them.
