desk top saving and updates xp and temp files

Can anyone help me please my computer is not updating the
right versions for my computer and all these temp files
are coming up:( and i play an online game and its not
saving the settings:( Please help
 
Empty your cache there may not be room for the settings to be saved. In IE, tools,
Internet Options, delete files.
