Design View Toolbar Grey Shaded

I have been working on a database. Just recently, the form design toolbar on
my main form is not accessible (grey shaded). If I open any other form, the
form design toolbar is fine. I'm not sure what I hit to make the form not
allow form design. When I right click on the form and pick form design, the
Form View toolbar is not grey shaded and I can toggle back to the view mode.

The other thing I noticed now, when I click on a command button on this form
that opens a popup form, the form now opens behind the main form instead in
front of it. No form will open in from of this form anymore.

Any idea what I did?

In design mode, check the Other Tab... if Popup is set to yes, change to no.
This should resolve the problem of other forms opening behind this form.
Still searching on the design toolbar issue.
