Hi All: I designed a well used datbase for work using desktops at 800 x 600
res.
I have coverted to a WXGA notebook that measures 14" and is set at 1200 x
768 and looks great but was looking for a way covert the formes and fonts to
a larger size for easier viewing. The problem with resetting screen res is
everything looks terrible on other sizes on this hp notebook dv1315cl (great
unit, Sam's Club 999. + 79 for 3 years warranty including battery)
Thanks for any ideas. Ed

Just curious. Do you feel the forms and fonts of all your other programs on the
laptop are too small and hard to read? They would be affected the same way as
your Access app.

There are utilities or code you can acquire that can do such resizing. How well
they will work will vary depending on the design of your forms.

My laptop is used almost 80% for my database. I can work with other programs
and thier size.
When I set the res to something lower in windows it just seems to distort or
even degrade the quality of all. So was hoping to just reset my forms in
Access.
Thanks, Ed

Have you tried just changing the font size without changing the resolution?
That will make your forms bigger.

Change font size in Access? or windows?
BTW using Access xp dev, win xp pro
Thanks, Ed
