I am a newbie to XPE. I am following the steps outlined in MS's site for
building and deploying the runtime images. As per that document, I create a
SDI file with my runtime image in it, and then used SDIMgr to writedisk it to
the target device's disk (it is a CF disk) after booting from WinPE. My disk
size if 256MB, therefore I create a SDI file of that size. But, when I tried
to write it to the target using the SDIMgr it said disk full. Therefore, I
decreased the file size, and tried again. This time it worked! But, the
problem is it does not boot!!!!! What's the problem and how to resolve it.
One thing that I could not do as per the documentation was to make the
partition on my SDI disk bootable. The windows disk manager does not provide
such an option, or does it?
Kindly guide me. Thanks,
