Hi all!

I have a quick question. I am trying to automatically set-up all my users
with individual e-mail signatures. Is there a method to centrally do this
without manually doing at each clients machine?

Please advise. TIA!

Jared

Without some actual information on your configuration, you will not get any
useful answers.

1. Are you using Exchange or another mail server?
2. What version of Outlook are you using?
3. Is this signature supposed to be customizable by the user or it is a
fixed company wide signature?
4. Are you also using a disclaimer?
5. What message format and editor are you using?
6. Can the user change this option (message format and editor)?

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Jared Brodsky

My apologies for the lack of information.

1. Yes, we are using MS Exchange 2000
2. The version of outlook currently employed is Outlook 2002.
3. The signature will have all generic information except for the user info.
(ie. Their name, position, e-mail address, telephone number.)
4. There is a generic disclaimer that I currently have in all the
signatures.
5. Message format is html.
6. The user can change the option.

I would also like to know how to do this.

We are running Outlook 2003/Exchange Server 2003 and want
personalised signatures at the bottom of each person's
email with details such as Name, Job Title and Direct
Telephone number (all of which are in Active Directory).
