dependency of excel on btrez.dll

Hi, Could anyone kindly explain the dependency of excel on btrez.dll
(A DLL specific to Bluetooth implementation). This dll is causing our
application crash. Any input on this would be helpful. Thanks.
 
Probably the only chance you have to get an answer to this question is to
contact MS directly. Your fellow Excel users are just not going to have the
necessary knowledge of Excel internals.
