preference to send a email read receipt.
Thanks

Just for the record I am using Outlook 2000 9.0.0.2711
"Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]"
If using Exchange, then no. But it is version dependent for Outlook as to
whether you can deny for Internet mail. Post your version for the proper
answer.

Well, I'm using Exchange and I seem to have the ability to deny receipts
(i.e., the options are available to me). Are you saying that Exchange
ignores the Outlook settings for these options?
Joseph Scalise said:Brian, I see the option there under "What to do to read reciept
requests" but both radio buttons are greyed out, cannot select either.
