Deny access this computer from network

Hi,
By mistake I've configured "administrators and users "
Deny access this computer from network under domain
security policy. The effect is none of the user can access
active directory resources. Is there any way to revert the
changes.

Logon to the DC locally and reconfigure the GPO.
