Delte email after reading it

I have Exchange 2k3, outlook 2k3.
I have one user that after they read an email, and then go read another
email, the previous email deletes itself. It is not in the delted items, or
anywhere.

What is up with that?? I need to stop this from happeneing.

Check their "View" settings. Check that their view is set to "messages"
and not "unread messages".....
