Dellstat is not spyware. I've contacted Dell and found out that Dellstat is
part of the Dell printer software that is used to monitor printer functions
on your system. To remove it, uninstall the print and reinstall ensure that
you uncheck the option to submit information to Dell. From then on you
should only see the icon come up with you reboot you system and it's only
tempory and then disappears. Hope this helps.
