Dell driver fails to install.

Bought used Dell Optiplex GX240. Installed new WD hard drive and XP Pro SP1
OEM. Dell recommended driver AT1XPAO4 to solve scroll stutter. After three
attemps driver failed to install. Anyway around it?

Did you upgrade to Windows XP SP2 yet?
What in the world is that driver for?
Have you gone to Dell's weebsite and guaranteed all of your other hardware
drivers are the latest they offer for download?
