DELL 700M BATTERY WILL NOT WORK !!!

My Dell 700m is 3 months old. the power icon says the battery is 93% and
charging. when I unplug the power line it turns off and will not even turn
on, as if I have no battery conected. what could the problem be?

3 months old and you haven't contacted Dell?
