Delivery receipt

afternoon all
hoping someone can shed some light on this for me.........for the past few
weeks when I request a delivery receipt and even a read receipt( I know the
latter can be the receivers option) I am not getting any.......I don't know
if its one of my settings or if I should reload outlook........I am using
office 2003 and XP Pro ( fully updated).................thanks for any and
all help Mike

Both are dictated by the recipient's preferences. Neither can be made
compulsory.
