Deleting unwanted toolbar

Would someone please advise how to permanently remove an
unwanted toolbar? Currently, if I right-click and uncheck
it, it pops back up next time I open the program. Somehow
it has inserted itself, but I don't want it!

Humm. Sounds like your browser was hijacked.

Get ToolbarCop:
http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/utils/ToolbarCop.exe

ToolbarCop removes the Toolbars, Toolbar buttons and unwanted
menu-extensions from Internet Explorer. It does not remove the spyware from
the system entirely. It is advisable to run Ad-Aware scan
(www.lavasoftusa.com), if the toolbar entries are not removed.
