I can't delete Spider Solitaire from my computer. Every
time I delete it, it reappears the next time I boot up.
How can I permenantly delete the program?

The correct way to uninstall Spider is to go into Add or Remove Programs,
click on the Add/Remove Windows Components in the left pane and with
Accessories highlighted on the first screen, click the Details button. On
the next screen, highlight Games, and again click the Details button. Add
or take check marks out of the games you wish to install or remove, then OK
your way out. The games are included as part of the system files, and even
manually deleting the *.exe file in Windows Explorer will result in the
system protecting itself by replacing the file.

Hi Rick,

To add/remove Windows XP Games: Click START / Control Panel /
Add or Remove Programs / Add Remove Windows Components /
Accessories and Utilities / [Details...] / Games / [Details...] / then check
(or uncheck the games in your case) / Click [OK] 3 times to finish.
