I have created a RAM Disk Known as R: within C Drive. The Disk was created by
a BackUp Program known as Acronis. I wish to delete the R: but I do not know
how. Any Suggestions?

Thank you.

A "RAM" disk resides in memory, not on the harddrive. . You say it is on
"C". What information does the program documentation provide.

Acronis TrueImage install "secure zone" it's a hidden boot partitions.
Windows shouldn't assign letter to it. It's used to restore windows in case
anything happens and it won't boot.
When you boot PC, before windows starts to load you should get message
"press F11 ..."
when you hit F11 PC will boot from "secure zone" with GUI like windows and
have access to all your drives (FAT or NTSF) and options to backup or
restore partitions.
to make story short, start Trueimage and select option "manage Acronis
Secure Zone"
It will give you option to resize it or remove it.

If that won't work then Partition Magic and fix MBR is your only option.
Partition Magic to delete hidden partition, and resize C partition.
Then perform windows repair to restore MBR.
