Deleting OLKF temp files

MY OLKF dir is full of files that came attached to email
messages in Outlook. Does anyone know how to delete them?
The OLKF dir doesn't show up in Windows Explorer, and I
can't find the dir using the "DOS prompt." Am I being too
anal? Thanks --
