Is it ok to delete the folder "My Received Files"?

If you're referring to the folder that your Windows Messenger files are received in, you may not be able to. Before you delete it, though, copy it somewhere else, for backup, just in case.

is a sub-folder in the "My Documents" main folder. I'm
currently backing up the sub-folder, and I'll let you know
what happens after I try to delete it.
