deleting long named file in temporary internet folder

Could someone hlep me get rid of this long named file in temporary internet folders.
I was trying to clean the files and I found this file '1242279273@headerspon,pagespon,pagespon2,localad,....' in Content.IE5 folder. I tried all ways, tried to login to as different user, tried to delete from safe mode, tried to delete from MS DOS prompt...but nothing worked.

Otherthan re-installing W2K or IE, can someone advise pleas

It didn't work H Leboeuf. I found that temporary internet files folder was pointing to different location, but I changed it
to point to the folder where I have this long file name. Then I tried emptying catch, but syste
created new temp.internet files folder automatically in the directory.
