deleting junk mail

Is there an otion to delete the junk mail folder on exit of program such as
was capable with the deleted items folder?

I might be wrong but isn't this the type of folder you would want an auto
delete option on? Why would I want to have to deliberate over whether or not
I want junk deleted? Oh well, I guess there were more important things to
think about...
 
Junk filtering is not an exact science, so you need to look before you delete.
