Deleting files

How are you? My computer is acting strange I delete
certain files or folders and they return on thier own
after I restart the computer. What could be the problem?
How could I permanantly delete these files/folders?

Depends from the file.
did u delete test.txt or superdialer.exe?

What kind of files? Data only?

System folders and files can't be deleted.. what files are you trying to
delete?..
