Deleting files

I have a folder that contains files and subfolders. In the subfolders there
are files and more subfolders that contain files and other subfolders.
I want to delete the files within the folders at the end of the year but
keep the folder and the subfolders.
Is there a command that will accomplish this ?

The easiest way would be to do a search of THAT root folder, sort it to get
the folders on the top of the results and highlight and delete the files
under the folders.
At that point why not copy the Main folder when it is empty and you will
have a blank one for next year!
Better than writing some script.
