Deleting e-mail address used after Messenger Chat

In Windows Messenger for XP when you sign in, it saves the e-mail address that you use to sign in and keeps a history of all the e-mails that were used to sign in. On the earlier Messenger (ie for Win98), you were able to go to Tools, Options and then delete the e-mail used to sign in and chat. As I would prefer that not everyone in the household know about the other e-mail addresses, I would like to be able to delete them after I sign off. I suspect there are some "ookies" or something somewhere in the system that save these but i have not been able to find them. Can anyone out there help me? Thanks in advance.

Greetings Frank,

You can remove Passports in the sign in list by clicking the Start Button, then click the
Control Panel. Then, click User Accounts in the Control Panel. Select your account name, and
then on the left side of the screen, under Related Tasks, click 'Manage my Network
Passwords'. In the window that opens, you can remove accounts by clicking the passport you
wish to delete [denoted by (Passport)], and then click the 'Remove' button.
