deleting drivers

I have highpoint drivers installed for their rocket 133 ide pci controller.
I pulled the card, how do I get rid of the drivers? I keep getting an error
message in the event log.

Uninstall either from Add/Remove programs or device driver. Devices should
always be removed through device manager.
