Deleting Contact folder

I deleted a contact folder and outlook 2003 keeps showing
it when I clik the "To" button while sending a message.

My OP is Windows XP SP1 and I have installated all office
updates, What can I do?

In the past, you would want to right click on the contact folder and
deselect "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book" in Outlook Address
Book tab before killing the folder.

Like Alex said. To get rid of the unwanted address book, remove the Outlook
Address Book service from your profile, stop and restart Outlook, and add
the service back in.
 
Got it, I Deleted here:
Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or address
books > Outlook Address Book > Change. >
