Deleting automatic name completion records

Hi

Does anyone know how to delete the automatic name
completion records.

For example when I type in 'joh' in the to box i get a
drop down box with all people who have 'joh' in their name
which is really annoying as I only use 1 of them regulary.

I have figured out how to turn it off but i would just
like to reset the list.

Hover your mouse over the unwanted name or use the arrow keys to navigate to
it and when it turns blue, press Delete.
