Deleting an e-mail

After I delete an e-mail the e-mail under it pops up, I do not want this to
happen, how do I get rid of this annoying action?
 
How are you reading email, in the preview pane, or by opening each email
in its own window? If the latter, don't delete within the window. Close the
window, then delete the message from the message list pane.

Did you try Shift-Delete?
 
Hi everybody! sorry for my poor english...

My mailbox seems blocked by a message stored in the send box. Impossible to
delete the message, and this block the send function...

Any idea to solve it ?

Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista

It also works on other folders
