'm trying to delete a site form AD that is no longer valid. I want to do
this because i putting a new DC in serviceand i want to create a new site
withthe same name as the invalid site and I don't want a conflict. When i do
this I get the DSA object can't be delted. How can I remove the site.

I don't understand, if a site with the same name already exists, by your
defintion what makes it 'invalid'?

My question is similar to Dean's....What is invalide about the site?

If it is merely misdefined then change the definition.

In any case you should be able to delete it, but I would first
move any DCs (or other servers) OUT of that site.

Hello,

Do you mean when you receive the error "dsa cannot be deleted" when delete
a site in AD? I also feel stranger that two sites have the same same in AD.
Please let us know the details how you create the sites.

Based on my research, I suggest you refer to the following article, the
snippet "Procedure", step 5 with the error " The DSA Object cannot be
deleted0x2094 ".
