Deleting a program

I have a program which I can see in the 'add/remove
programs' window of the control panel, but am unable to
delete. Can anyone help

Did you get an error message when you tried to delete? If so, posting the
error message would help.

Lacking an error message, I assume that you have a program file that is need
to uninstall that is missing or corrupt.
Usually the best approach is to reinstall the program to the same location
and then uninstall the program.

If you do not have the program installation media, contact the program
publisher. Some will have manually uninstall procedures.

No error message, have tried uninstall/reinstall, but now
have 2 copies of program in 'add/delete' progs.
one I can install and uninstall, but it does not give me
all parts of program. The other is the one I can't
uninstall.
The program is 'Creative Sound Blaster Audigy' so I think
I will take your advice and get on to them.
