My grandaughter loaded Kazaa (a media program) onto my
computer. The thing takes up beacoup space and I cannot
delete it from my computer! When I attempt to do so I get
a message bdcore.dll:access denied. I don't want acces, I
just want the thing off. I have tried deleting parts, but
none of it will budge. Any suggestion GRATEFULLY accepted.

Hi,

You need to take ownership of the program folder. See:

HOW TO: Take Ownership of a File or Folder in Windows XP [Q308421]
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=308421

And make sure the program is not active when you try to uninstall it. Look
in the system tray for the kazaa icon.
