How do I delete a name when it auto complete and I no
longer need that name. Sometimes they are not in the
contact file to delete.

Thanks

Matthew Thanks for the reply, this seems to work only
on the initial time but it stays in the file and comes up
the next time. Any more suggestions

With Autocomplete all that you have to do is highlight
the name when it comes up, and hit the delete button on
your keyboard.

Use the arrow keys when the selection list pops up to select the name and
press DELETE

This works at the time of deleting but it is not a
permenant fix, any other hints to try?
Thanks

While everyone's suggestions seem viable, they do not appear to be helping.
Rather than delete the NK2 file and starting over as someone suggested, you
may want to use our NK2 file editor.

You can find it at www.dcs-imaging.com/products.htm

Either or, try finding your NK2 file, and renaming it to a bak file. Next,
delete your profile, create a new one, then rename the Nk2 file to that of
the newly created profile name. (When you create a new profile, it will
create new, empty NK2 file. Delete the new one, and rename the old one to
the new profile name.
