Deleting a link

I am trying to delete a link that has been created between 2
workbooks, I have gone into edit, link and obviously there is no
delete option. The thing I have been trying to do, since I cannot
delete it is link the spreadsheet to itself and I am getting an error
message that says I have supplied an invalid external refrence - does
anyone know how to get around this. Ihave tried to get to Bill
Manville's add in that everyone keeps refrencing, but the site is
under construction. HELP!! It is driving me nuts!!!

Right click with your mouse on top of the link and choose the "Remove
Hypelink" option

I have a Excel add-in "Locate Links" that is almost as good
as Bill Manville's. It is a little easier to use.
Send me an email and I will forward it to you.
It comes with a one page Word.doc install/use file.
Remove xxx from my email address.
