Deleting a Command Button from my Spreadsheet

Two questions:
1) I put a command button on a spreadsheet and now can't delete, move or
even modify it. Help!

2) Can I assign a macro or key function to a button on a spreadsheet? I
would like to incorporate the CNTRL-F (find) function into a button on the
page for the less EXCEL inclined that will be using the data.

and now can't delete, move or even modify it.

Jump over to the VBE and select Design Mode from the Run menu. Back to
Excel and you should be able to select the command button.
