Deleting a button macro

Hi, I would really appreciate it if someone could give me a hand with this one

I've not a lot of experience with macros and whilst experimenting I have made a btnmacro, I cannot delete it, when I go in visual basic to look at it the "Remove Btnmacro" in the File menu is not highlighted. I have tried clicking on the button on the spreadsheet to delete it and this hasn't worked either - any ideas

Try deleting the worksheet as a quick way.
