Deleted webpage content from hard drive

I unfortunately deleted my web page content from my hard drive. I can still
open up the page thru Frontpage 2003. Is there anyway that I can save the
information, photos, pages, etc., from the web back into a folder in
Frontpage?

If your online server has FP extensions, you can open FP live (http://yourwebsitename.com).

Then choose Publish, and publish the site back to your hardrive. Make sure you specify the name & location of where you keep your webs on your hd.
