If the site is hosted on a remote server with the FP extensions, then you
would open the remote server directly in FP using File Menu | Open Web and
then File Menu | Publish Web back to a location on your local PC.
If the site is hosted on a remote server without the FP extensions, then you
have to use a FTP application to download the content of the web to a folder
on your HD, then you would open this folder directly in FP. You will have to
add back any themes, re-create your shared borders and any navigation, etc.
