deleted programmes

hi
i have accidentally deleted a programme and i think it was quite an
important one as it gave a list of other programmes that may be affected if
deleted, is there any way i can retieve it, unfortunately i cant remember
the name of it although it was windows xp and had some numbers after it!!!

How did you delete it? Did you delete its shortcut? Its
installation folder? Or did you uninstall it through Add/
Remove Programs?

It this case it's gone. However, since you cannot remember
what it was and what you used it for, it can't be very
important.

Only by re-installing the program again.
