How can I turn on the deleted mail receipt message, so that when someone deletes a received email from me I get notified? I only know of one user who can do this, and he's not sure how it happened.
The deleted mail receipt is the same thing as a read-receipt, just turn
those on. You may not get receipts, however, because the recipient of a
message has control over whether they are sent.
