deleted java script debugging thingy

i received a hoax e-mail which advised me to delete the
java script debugging thingy from my computer and now i
realise what a fool i have been - anyone able to help a
technophobe sort this out
 
Hi,

You don't need it back unless you prgram in java. If you do, just reinstall
the java engine. Otherwise, forget about it.
