deleted items folder being emptied every other day.

<tools><options><other><empty deleted items upon exit> checkbox is cleared.
Deleted Items folder only contains 2 days of items.
 
This only started happening after a recent Office upgrade. Settings:
<view><Arrange By><date><current view><messages>
