deleted files

is there a way to restore/find files that have already been deleted from the
recycle bin? I heard that you can restore items that have been deleted up to
eleven times. is that true? how can i find them?
 
I wouldn't worry about 11 times, I'd worry about once. Being deleted once
is all it takes.

This may be a moot point now, but in the future when you delete something or
empty your Recycle Bin and want to recover something from it. Stop using
the computer now. Your recovery chances are better if the file has not been
overwritten.
