deleted files urgent help needed

i accidentally deleted sme files by pressing shift and delete is there any
way of recovering them. i need help asap

Shift delete bypasses the recycle bin. So about all you can do is go to
your backup and restore what you deleted if it's not a program file. For a
program file get the original CD and reinstall the program. If you didn't
back up your data, probably not much you can do without spending a good deal
of money.
