Is there any way to recover the deleted files after
emptying from Recycle Bin.

You first choice is always to recover files from backup.

If you don't believe in backups but have lots of time,
try any of these:

If you don't have lots of time but lots of money, try a data
recovery service.

Whatever you do: do not use your PC for anything in the
meantime. Any activity, even turning it on, increases the
risk that the files might get overwritten.

Thank you very much for your quick reponse, can you
suggest any freeware software for this. Even if I download
this and try to use this will say purchase the original
version.

Sorry, I cannot suggest any freeware because I never
need it - I back up my files to a second disk every day.
I recommend you search Google for things like "undelete,
Win2k, Windows 2000, free" etc. Maybe other contributors
know of some free stuff.
 
check download.com and use search engine there - might find some freeware there at a trial offer
