DELETED FILES CANNOT BE FOUND IN RECYCLE BIN

hi,

i only had this problem recently.

i can't see the deleted files in recycle bin. it appears to be hidden. i
have no idea why, i've never touched the settings before. "Do not move files
to Recycle Bin. Remove files immediately when deleted." is NOT checked.
