Does any one know how to restore a pic even after deleted
from recycling bin? I still have the short cut for the
picture but when i click on the picture the original is
ot found

Download the below program to a floppy disk and run it from there. Make sure
you make no changes to your harddrive for it may overwrite the deleted file
you are trying to restore:
