deleted file back to inbox

I unintentionally deleted one of my friends e-mail address into the deleted
file and now her e-mails appear in the deleted file. I have tried
to put it back, but no luck. How do I fix this problem?

If you deleted a contact, just re-enter it.
If there are deleted messages in the Deleted Items folder, just drag them
back to where you want them.

This is not a major problem, if it is only a mail sent to the deleted items
folder, just select it, right click, move to folder>choose Inbox.

If not, then please take your time to give a better description of your
problem?

There is another folder besides deleted items, it is called Junk, are you
getting the terminology mixed up?
