deleted emails

I deleted a folder in outlook express without realising it would delet the sub folders i recovered some from the recycle bin but they are now dbx how can i read these and restore them to outlook express i tried system restore but that didnt do it please hel
 
Try opening Outlook Express..go to file..import.
