Is there any way of retreiving email messages after they have been deleted
from the Inbox & Deleted Items folders. Help?!

Howdy,

If you have deleted a message from the Inbox, it is easily
retrieved because it has merely been moved to the Deleted
Items folder.

If you deleted an item that was in the Deleted Items folder
I believe that it is permanently gone from your system.
