Deleted dll file - help

I was following instructions on line to remove the
ClientMan parasite from my computer, and now every time I
start my computer Windows gives me an error saying it
can't find C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\SMIEFR40.DLL. Do I need to
recover this file and where would I find it?

Correction: file is MSIEFR40.dll
